about this story
After a fun night of gambling at the local casino a small group of colleagues met for dinner to discuss improvements that could be made at the workplace. The first person called upon for ideas was Jane. Jane suggested that they focus on building upon the very fundamentals for which the business stood for. With the group all in agreement at Jane's statement, they called upon Alena to see what she had to offer. Alena stressed the importance of bridging the gap between the company and it's clients. With everyone quietly nodding with approval at Alena's suggestion they slowly shifted focus to the next member of the team, Leroy. Leroy, who was too busy looking at his food and eating to notice the groups gaze upon him, slowly stopped eating, with his bread in his hand, when he noticed the entire table staring at him. He sat his bread down on his place and said, "Look guys, I'm not going to lie to you.. I am only here for the food." The meeting abruptly came to a close after Leroy spoke.
