about this story

Picture #1 - The Lumineers. I chose The Lumineers for this album cover because like the band, the picture shows simplicity. Also, one of my favorite Lumineers songs is called "Flowers in your hair".

Picture #2 - Eric Church. Sunsets are always mentioned in country songs, right? I thought this would be a perfect example of a country artists album cover because I imagine the sunset in the background of most country songs.

Picture #3 - Ben Howard. For some reason this picture reminds me of something you would see in Great Britain. One of my favorite artists Ben Howard is from Australia (which is under the British Empire) so I feel like he would choose this for one of his album covers.

Picture #4 - Walk The Moon. All of the Walk The Moon songs on the album "Talking Is Hard" are very poppy and hip. This picture is a perfect explanation of that. One of my favorite songs on that album is "Different Colors". The vibrant flower in the picture reminds me a lot of the song.

Picture #5 - The Head and the Heart. The Head and the Heart are a growing band. I can picture them still doing a small gig on the sidewalk with their guitar case asking for tips.
