Betty (the women in the blue shirt) has been a artist her whole life. inspired by the bright colours of nature, she created her colour piece in downtown Chicago called "Coloured face".
Her pieces always cause her hands to go black with colour as the cement is difficult to transfer permanent paint onto.
Bett's "Coloured face" really brings a bright atmosphere to that street of Chicago during the fall and winter months.
