It was the end of the school year and it was time for the end of the year trip. This year we would be going to the St. Louis Zoo. Don't forget a snack to hold you over to lunch. Peanut butter and celery would be a good choice. We wandered through the zoo seeing all the animals- the elephants, the monkeys, the penguins, even the majestic lion. I always enjoy the plants along the way as well. Some funny little person left a dinosaur lurking in a tiger lily. It was a fun day at the zoo. I enjoyed the day and ended it by sitting by the fire pit in our yard.
