Michael Joseph Hernedez jr often called Joe was a leader of a mexican cartel. He drove an 1993 pretty red corvette which he rode in making his rounds which always started with a stop at eddys carry out on 31st streeet. Even though Joe was a criminal, he invested in the community. One time he donated a local Temple a million dollars. Joe was married but had no kids so he often did things for the kids in his community. Joe bought a big house with a big yard for the kids to play in. Joe also had a house in the mountains where he went to get away from life problems.
