about this story
he wandered the long lost paths of the forest. the pain in his heart drove him deeper into the woods, he needed to get away from it all. he suddenly found an area free of the trees, it was an infrequently used road. the road came with a sign with the tale tell mark of civilization, graffiti. He pushed on farther into the woods to the point where the paths became trail made by deer instead of man. Then he began to really look at the world around him he saw a bee working to get nectar to feed the colony. He saw a blooming flower covered with dew. he moved forward. He saw lavender growing freely and as the trees thinned a hawk swooped over head. Seeing this beauty did something to him. He felt better, the pain wasn't gone but manageable. he smiled and started on his way back home
