about this story
When I was younger I would spend almost every day of summer at the beach. The beach was the place where I went to hangout with friends and meet new people. I remember one day I was at the beach and the sandbar was close enough to where I would walk and swim out there. As a kid that is about 7 years old I felt like I was standing on top of a mountain. When I was standing on the sandbar I saw a lot of fish. They were about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide, so to me they seemed like they were pretty big. After we left the beach we went into downtown Chesterton and walked around the European market for an hour. There were about a million people there, so it took us a really long time to get through the market. After the European market we walked home to our house and slept for the rest of the day. That day was one of the best of my summer for that year.
