Living in Northwest Indiana is different. You're near the city of Chicago, which is great. Yet everything is so different. The weather is strange. When it snows you never just get a little. You either get feet and feet of snow or you get nothing at all. The summer can be a million degrees one day and freezing the next. In the summer there are billions of bugs everywhere. Stinkbugs, ladybugs, spiders, bees. They live in the many many trees and forests. You also have farms everywhere. You know when you're in Indiana when you see corn. Lots of corn that is.Yet you can always explore at the dunes. You can hang out at the beach or hike the beautiful trails. You can see many more bugs there but also come across thousands of beautiful flowers.
