Five Card Story: The cat that wanted a pet.

Once upon a time there was a cat that wanted a pet. It lived in the jungle all by itself and was very lonely. The cat decided that it wanted a pet so it talked to all the animals to see which one it wanted. It went to the mouse first and named him Fred. Fred didn't want to be Cat's pet so Cat moved on to Monkey. Cat went to Monkey and they talked and after a while Monkey asked Cat," Do you wanna be my friend?" Cat told him that he was looking for a pet and sadly not a friend. Monkey was very sad. He ran away crying. Cat felt bad but really wanted a pet so he moved on to Elephant. They talked and talked and after many hours Cat decided Elephant would be his pet. Elephant was only a child at the time so Cat had no idea what he was really getting into. Elephant and Cat were friends for a long time and Elephant decided to take Cat into the city. Cat saw many things he has never seen before in the jungle. There were people drinking a red liquid, a man texting on his phone, and when he went in a house there were sharp things on the counter. Cat told Elephant to wait with his family that lived in the zoo. Cat saw a car and really wanted to ride on one so he jumped on a moving one and saw a bridge overhead it was so cool here. Cat never wanted to leave. Sadly Elephant and Cat had to go. They left the city and went back to the jungle.
