about this story

One day, there was a little girl. This little girl's name was Sierra. Sierra was only 8 years old and had a passion like no one else. Sierra loved horses. She loved the way they walked, she loved the way they felt like a blanket, soft to the touch. But most of all, Sierra loved riding. She rode her beautiful chestnut mare, Dio, every single day. Although she was only 8 years old, Sierra could ride like the wind. Her parents let her ride around their small town, Sierra was always looking up at the cats in the barred off windows., Riding down alleyways, and riding through town. But Sierra had a purpose for riding through town every Sunday. Sierra, every Sunday, would visit the graveyard with Dio. She would ride all the way to the back left corner of the graveyard. She would dismount Dio, and kneel at the smallest stone. This stone, belonged to her brother, Sam. She had a twin. Her brother loved to ride just as much as she had. And Dio would lay at the stone next to Sierra's brother's. This was the grave of her brother's horse, Li. Unfortunately, Sam and Li had been riding along one day with Sierra and Dio, when they got seperated. Sam and Li started to head home, but on the way, home, they were hit by a camant truck, How, no one knows. Sierra would leave a single flower on Sam's grave every single day, and this day, she left a bouquet. Today was the one year anniversary of his and Li's death. Sierra left the beautiful bouquet of flowers on his grave, and headed home. That was sierras life. School, grave, sleep. Repeat.
