I walked in and sat down in the church, waiting for the rest of my family to show up. They were out getting some groceries. The church was filled with beautiful pictures. I couldn't help staring in awe at them everytime I walked in. The seats were wooden, with red cusions. The church was fairly big, which was nice, even if we were a small town. I was almost 18, and I couldn't help thinking about how boring my life was. I mean, here I was, almost an adult, and nothing interesting or miraculous happened throughout my life, not even once! I sat there sulking, until I heard a loud thud. When I opened my eyes, I was no longer in the church, I was in a forest.Not just any forst, it wasn't like anything I'd ever seen before. Beautiful orange flowers grew in the grass, and a little farther on, I could see a pond. From the looks of it, there was jelly fish in the pond, which is not even close to being scientifically correct. I mean, what the heck were jelly fish doing in a forest? My curiousity got the best of me, as I walked, leaves crunched under my feet, and light shone through the trees. I could smell the soil under my feet. As i approached the pond,i could see jelly fish floating around in it, without a care in the world. Strangely, i felt like a had to go into this pond. Trusting my instincts, I took a step in, the water was cool, but soothing. It made me feel safe. The jelly fish didn't sting me. I felt as though i was ment to be here.
But then, they pulled me under the water. I struggled, trying to make it up to the surface again. I started to see black blotches infront of my eyes, and i started to feel shaky, in a matter of seconds, i fainted. When i woke up, i was in the church. My parents were staring at me, with a worried look on their face. Apparently i had blacked out. It all felt so real though... Was that strange dream trying to tell me something? I decided then and there that i needed to find this place. The next day, i went to the airport, It was as if a weight was lifted off my chest. I finally had a purpose.
