Hi havia una vegada una ciutat molt bonica que sempre hi feia bon temps. No plovia quasi mai i la gent començava a aburrir-se del sol.
Sempre passaven uns núvols grisossos però mai deixaven aigua, un dia van enviar un bibliotecari a que mires que passava amb aquells núvols carregats de pluja, que no la deixaven anar.
Un cop va ser allà en passar el gran núvol li va preguntar, que perquè no deixava cuare l'aigua i li va respondre que era molt timida, el bibliotecari li va llegir el cicle de l'aigua i al gran núvol li va agradar tant que el va convençre i va deixar anar tot l'aigua. Des d'aquell dia la gent i el nuvol van estar contents per sempre.
