The first picture shows that the manager named Patricia Bacolod talks about the negative feedback from their customers that will affect their whole organization that may result of decreasing sales. The second picture shows that the organization was having a meeting that discussed what are their going to do or what are planning and strategy that the company will do to resolve the issues and problems that they are facing. The third picture shows that the whole organization was implementing the action plan on how to resolve the issues. The fourth picture shows that the bosses studying if the action plan of the company was successful or not. The last picture shows that the company was successfully achieved their goals and objectives that the negative impact from their customer replaced to a positive and a good feedback. That's the reason why they celebrated their seccuss through a dinner party.
