One day during dawn, many people were walking down the New Orleans street on their way to work. Little girls were walking down the street with their parents, screaming when seeing spiders. A mother was walking and happened to look at a famous New Orleans building. She was shocked at what she saw. Her daughter was doing a "Prevent "Bullying" program at school. People were writing rude comments on sticky notes and putting them on the building. She would surely have to report this. She could not believe that no one had done anything to help out!
