Paisley was walking down a dark alleyway lined with mysterious black posts. She was taking a new road home from school that day. She usually travels with her friend, Melissa, but she was on vacation. From the posts rose 11 gods. All of them were granting wishes to Paisley except for one. He was different from the rest. He was purple and didn’t like to interact with the other gods. The 11th god’s name was Nelous. When Paisley approached him, he predicted a prophecy. He described a scene of someone riding a bike, hitting a post, and falling. He said there were flowers shortly there after. Being afraid, Paisley ran home. The next week, she learned Melissa got into a bike crash from looking at a post on her phone. Everyone who new Melissa’s parents put flowers on their doorstep in remembrance of her. As Paisley looked at the ocean, she thought, if she ever came into contact with Nelous again, she new he would always be right.
