Immanuel kant was born on april, 22 1724 in konigsberg prussia, Immanuel kant believed that his paternal grandfather Hans Kant was scottish origin, kant try to find his grandfather paternal line but there is no evidence and he accepted it.

Kant brought up in a pietist household that stressed religious devotion of the bible,

Kant was also a scientist and a astronomer, He made an important discovery about the nature of earth rotation for whichnhe won the Berlin Academy Prize in 1754.

At the age of fifty-seven Kant published the first edition of the Critique of Pure Reason (1781; 2d ed. 1787). This enormous work is one of the most important and difficult books in western thought.

Immanuel kant died at konigsberg on 12 february 1804 he died single.
