My life as I know I'd known it was very black and white like an endless fifties photo album, confusing and no one really knows whats going on, not even you. My life since as far back as I can remember was like a river changing direction every time it hits a bump. Year after year I continue to feel lonely as if I was the only tall object in the middle of the prairies, I have always felt abandoned ever since I found out that the people I called mom and dad weren't actually my mom and dad. Ever since I had been longing to find out who my parents were. About five years ago I met me father, we met up near his home in Jasper National Park. Meeting my father and learning that my mom had passed away, gave me the since of closure that I so desperately needed. I actually felt amazing that soon after I was able to get off my butt and do something good with my life and that's when I decided to become a firefighter.
