about this story
It is that time of year when seniors put on baggy blue caps and gowns, stand on the university lawns to receive the blessing. After 3 years of study, and finally, it was my turn. However, listen to the boring speech under a scorching sun makes me feel tired and sleepy. I wish I could go to a restaurant to have a lobster for the farewell dinner. So I wait..and wait...the ceremony finally end after 3 hours. Well, as I look at the parents around me, I start feeling sad. Soft lighting and warm atmosphere make me feel homesick. If my parents could attend the graduation, then it will turn into a big difference. My friends Antonia and Carol noticed my difference, then they start acting funny to make me happy. Thank them a lot, it really helps. After the ceremony, we are going back home. Look at the building outside the window, it might be the last time I saw them.....
