I was chained. left alone. My human drove off in a shiny red car. I thought i could never notice the beautiful things ever again. I was scared. Suddedly, something bright caught my eye. A beautiful orange flower. I looked at it's beauty for awhile, glad that there were good things in this world. I looked up. I saw a huge bridge. I realized that all humans are not bad, and if some of them spent so much time building the bridge, then they might spend lots of time taking care of me. I saw a human walk up to me. She pet me and unchained me. She looked up at a purple tree for a moment. "bud." She said. "I'll call you bud."
