Ryan met a group of friends at school and they did everything together. One day, one of the friends found out that the girl that he had a crush on liked Ryan instead of him. He decided to start a mean rumor about Ryan so the friend group wouldn't want to hangout with him anymore. Ryan walked home by himself and passed the group hanging out without him, and they all laughed at him. Ryan was upset and spent the weekend at home by himself. This was an example of relational aggression.
