Sharon found out she was pregnant and told Laura, who she thought was her best friend. Laura felt she finally had the opportunity to become more popular than Sharon, so she posted an anonymously online about Sharon being pregnant. Sharon felt there was no end to her misery. She felt that she had been publicly exposed to everyone.

This is an example of relational aggression.
