(1) keepps- The doll, the little girl which is one of the main characters/focus of the story, she had a doll named Little Erica. Her name was this because she looks just like the little girl in the story and the little girl's name is Erica.
(2) bionicteaching- The random field scene represents the little boy named Daniel that looks outside the window of the car they are in when they are heading to the house.
(3) bionicteaching- The window of the home just works with the fact that at the beginning of the story, they are traveling to their new house after their dad got laid off at the old place.
(4) bionicteaching- The random guy is supposed to represent the dad in the book standing in front of his family talking about the house.
(5) bionicteaching- The tree represents the fact that the house is in the middle of the woods.
