Richard (the horse) and his friend, Melanie were playing a game where Melanie soon disappeared, leaving Richard alone and worried. The world around Richard then felt dark and lonely as his best friend was missing. There were lots of search parties when they soon realized that Melanie was dead. Richard ran into Melanie again in some shape or form, as a new student at his new school. None of it made sense but it felt good to have his best friend around even though it was more than likely not real. They searched for clues together to find the real murderer of the case. The last picture just represents Melanie.
