天還未亮，樂天就把我叫醒。
樂天是一隻拉不拉多犬。2年前，我剛從充滿名畫與細緻雕刻相互鑲嵌的古羅馬式教堂出來，就看見教堂前的一條大河，有一隻骨瘦如柴，神情哀怨的狗狗游過來，讓我非常心疼，就伸手拉牠一把。
然而狗狗剛開始很害怕不敢靠近我，經過我不斷的開導，牠終於卸下心防讓我帶上岸，這是我第一次和牠近距離接觸。此時我發現牠還帶著項圈，我心想牠可能是和家人走失了，由於傍晚時刻，天空已被渲染成從未見過的色彩，使我感到不安。於是，就先暫時安置狗狗的住處，隔天再找牠的主人。
但是，到了隔天，後天，甚至一個星期後，牠的主人不曾出現，也未來認領。也因為這樣，我們牽起了緣分，一直到今天。
不知為何樂天這麼早起，也許是聞到了昨晚被我切開的檸檬酸味，我很慶幸，我能和樂天相遇，如果沒有樂天，我可能每天一邊開著筆電工作，一邊開著電視看高爾夫球，然後喝著不知名的飲料過著乏味的生活。
