about this story

I pick the first three pictures, due to it involving nature and the environment people are living in. In my biology class, we learned about climate change from industrializing, and creating pollutants. When we are creating or manufacturing resources, we are releasing toxins into the air, land, and ocean. I see this as a huge problem as it causes deforestation, damaging ecosystems and eliminating/extinction of our animals today. C02 is in our atmosphere causing global warming, which leads to the melting of polar ice caps. The first picture is how we created highways made from industrializing for transportation, with the exception of snow. To refer back to the connection of the melting of polar ice caps. The flower is also another link to nature, we kill off animals that reduce the percentage of pollination. Which causes the depletion of resources such as food and water. the third image is about vandalizing/defacing property. The building looks dirty and the floor from the trash we litter onto the floor. We damage the environment and we still continue to do some from the the things we built off of it. Industrialization is a crisis from the documentary I watched in biology. Global warming is taking affect, animals are being killed, and our ecosystems are nearly on the brink of destruction. A line from the document spoke a lot to me was about how our ecosystems still remain the system without change or improvement, due to us. Fossil fuel floods the air, we dump about approximately 5 million tons of toxins into the ocean. I remember this in my memory due to it being my last class before and connects back to a history lesson we learned during our first semester. Industrialization is memorable due it it being a serious topic and a consecutive one. This knowledge won't leave my memory as I witness myself. I see giant clouds of smoke or CO2 in the air around campus and at the beach. there are power plants near the ocean, possibly releasing toxins into the ocean we swim into. The pollutants sinks down to the water, then switches place with the clean surface water. There is no change because, industries of fossil fuels are making money and that is our main goal. They don't care about what happens to the people or world, all they care about is money.
