As humans, we have the opportunity to walk through life with furry companions. At times we may feel more connected to our four-legged family members than to our two-legged ones. As we are blessed to share our lives with others, we are also positively impacted by the beauty around us. Every day ends with a sunset. If we slow down enough to look up toward the sky, it's almost as though a picture has been painted to finalize the day. But there's color all around us that can remind us of growth, health, and possibility. We can push ourselves physically to learn new skills, to use the bodies we have to exceed our own expectations. As we grow, it's important to look back on where we have come from to truly appreciate the benefits of change; to value the past while looking forward to the future.
