about this story

Its Saturday, which is indeed for the boys. So the boys are in an alleyway drinking and decided to destroy a wall, but got caught.
One escaped with his kayak and jumped into the nearby river off of the building. He was escaping on his kayak but the police had a drone disguised as a herring.
The police found him eventually and charged them all with vandalism. The boys never were the same again.
