about this story
When we were little, we didn't have to worry about driving. The bright yellow bus stopped in front of our house and our only responsibility is to get on the bus and put on our seat belt and enjoy the ride. As a Rowan college student, I am now forced to drive to school and finding a parking spot in a the limited amount of parking lots is finding a needle in a haystack. Sometimes, I wish I lived close to Rowan so I could just ride my bike to campus. Teenage drivers are also very careless. There are many accidents in the parking lot everyday. When students try to maneuver through cars to get to class, their book bags hit the side mirrors of the cars and the mirrors sometimes shatter.Rowan thinks that the parking frustration the students have is a joke. They charge a lot of money but they don't build new parking lots.Rowan shouldn't charge us copious amounts of money for a parking pass because college students are forever broke.
