She was sitting in class going through another lecture and told me this. "Why am I even learning this, I don't even understand any of this there is no way I'm going to make it through college, I'm just going to be tossed in an alley like the piece of trash I am!"I had to tell her that this just isn't true. After class I told her this. "You aren't alone in this struggle, everyone is just like you right now. Were all trying to get by and make it through college but this test won't decide who you are in the future. It is you who decides what mark you make on this planet and don't let this test decide that." She nodded and said "thank you".
