Flowers grow up toward the sun.
Even when clouds hide it away.
Tides rise and wash you back onto my shore,
And I cave in and allow you to return to your place in my heart.
In the end, I'm left cold and alone.
Only know I've learned to grow,
Even when the sun isn't shining on me.
