about this story

He was the last on Earth. Soon the towers started falling. No one else, only him. He remembers what caused the extinction, he crossed the tall blue door that nobody was ever supposed to cross, but he was so angry with himself that he forced himself to do it, then the cities started to fall. It was only him and one last squirrel, the last two beings on the planet, now all he will ever be able to remember of this planet are dark pictures of the city as it starts to crumble and him along with it, as he slowly looks down at his watch and realizes that this is the countdown to extinction.
