The intersection on the road is the place where the worst car accident of all time took place. People thought that it was an accident, but some have discovered through these colored doors that it might have been attempted murder. The stairs lead them to the answer, which was in the VCU parking lot archives, behind the men working sign. They had found the answer, but in order for them to send out information to those involved in the crash, they had to rent mail cars. The mail cars gave them the transportation to let the victims know that someone was after them!
