From a young age, children should not be afraid to reach out and ask those around them for help, as no one should ever feel down and out, or alone. Yet, children should also know when to stand tall, be strong and independent. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 3.2% of children 3-17, have been diagnosed with depression. In the world we live in today, you can find help in the click of a few buttons, and Doctors and Therapists will try and steer children on the right path.
