If technological advancements continue at the same rate it has for the past 100 years or so, technology will undoubtedly be the downfall of our society. America has thrived due to our explosion of new technology but if it continues to advance, it will replace countless American jobs and lead to an economical crisis. This crisis will leave families homeless, buildings abandoned, and an overall wave of poverty across the nation. Some may say that technology allows for the consolidation of information and books however, this will soon replace actual education and classic book-learning which will have unforeseen consequences on children's education. All in all, if not kept in check, technology will be mankind's downfall.
