The human body has a good structure most people can not master, but the ones who do live long lives. Most people in good health are athletes and have pretty solid physiques. But some are delicate like flowers that are so frail they blow in the wind. While others who were frail have defied the winds grasp and have become people who enjoy being athletic while still being light. Anyone can have a solid structure as long as you put your mind and body to it.
