黃昏的湖岸邊仍有幾位老人正在釣魚，群鳥飛過逐漸轉黃的天空，秋天的涼意使人慵懶，只有屋外那幾個孩子在落葉鋪滿的草坪上圍著羊群嬉鬧，這個湖邊小鎮是過去大航海時代時由法國的波旁家族治理的村莊，仔細觀察便能發現各個角落的歷史痕跡，太陽漸漸在地平面上消失，星星被掩蓋的光芒越來越清楚，無數星光在天上閃爍，直到太陽再次探出頭，清晨，一隻狗狗渾身濕透得從湖邊走上來，一聲槍響，打破小鎮寧靜的早晨...。
