Five Card Story: Untitled OR Not Really

about this story
There is a man looking out a window. This man is daydreaming of a time in his past with his family. He is dreaming of a beautiful place with old architecture. He remembers a time in the fall when he picked a flower for his mother before being shipped off to the Navy after the draft.
OR
Once upon a time Mr. Smithington looked outside his window to see that rather than the usual street he was accustomed to seeing, a graveyard stared back at him. Looking around, he realized his apartment was gone. Out of the bushes, a large, six foot tall daffodil with legs jumped out. The daffodil had a large mouth with seven rows of teeth. He proclaimed, "Fe fi fo fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman!" Realizing he needed to hide quickly, Mr. Smithington leaped into a pile of fallen leaves. Only for the leaves to begin biting as well. Mr. Smithington begins to run. He runs and runs and runs. He reaches a dock of a ship about to take off. He hurls himself into the boat and says, "Hasta la vista, suckers!" The boat then comes to life and gobbles him up. The end.
