There are five factors regarding that describes people. Neuroticism, extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscienntiousness and openness to experience. Neuroticism is where a person is nervous to interact and emotionally unstable. Extraversion is the opposite of Neuroticism, they tend to be the "out-going" type of people, friendly and approachable. In agreeableness, this is how a person interact with others. If they are cooperative and kind. Conscientiousness is where a person wants to be productive, careful and reliable for others especially when doing work or responsibilities. And last, openness to experience. This is where a person is open to something new. He is ready to explore and be creative. As for me, I can relate to neuroticism and conscientiousness. I always tend to get nervous when I'm around many people or presenting in front. I always wonder what others are thinking about me and so on. But of course, it can't stop me from being productive. Although I overthink about a lot of things, I always wanted to get things done. I will think about what others think of me but i will still finish what I was doing because I want to be a responsible and reliable person.
