about this story

As you can see all of the picture have the same vibes. I chose these pictures because I see the calmness and positivity in nature. As a person who loves nature, you will see how relaxing it was for you, how it effects on you. Due to the fact that, natural environment has a mesmerizing magic in itself, which grabs our attention and we ourselves feel relaxed and excited to know and move around the green environment and praise the eye attracting beauty of nature.
Sometimes, when I feel the problem, I have is too heavy, I choose to leave the house and go to a place where I feel fresh air and it makes me so comfortable. Having stressed out from the problems and eventually stepping into natural environments or the greens would help figuring out the whole problematic situation I am in. In addition, nature helps me cope with pain. Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces my anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes me feel better emotionally. It is like nature has some powerful transformative power which changes my mood and behavior accordingly. I always love the way being in nature cleared my mind and helped me to feel more grounded and peaceful. With all of these benefits to being out in nature, it’s probably no surprise that something about nature makes us feel more alive and vital. We all knew that being outdoors gives us energy, makes us happier, helps us to relieve the everyday stresses of our overscheduled lives, opens the door to creativity, and helps us to be kind to others.
Nature and its surroundings make me realize that problems are a temporary aspect of our lives, hence it cannot change the meaning and purposes of lives. We must come across the natural environments to enhance their mental functioning to feel rejuvenated.
