To be a better you, you need to forgive people and thanks the people who helped you improve, you need to work hard and befriend others for seeking help, always respect your love ones even yourself you never know what could happen later and sooner, do not hate other culture, but learn from it on why or how they are doing that, and don't forget to eat to have higher energy to do things.
