This weekend I spent a day in the city and saw a lot of destruction from the riots. After being in the city, I took some time to to spend on walking trails by my house. This time in nature gave energy to recharge from the past week. Then I spent time at my house getting it ready for the winter. While I wanted to be on a trip to the mountains, I just kept my travels close to home due to the Covid 19 virus.
