(Introduction- Picture 1) Music is a powerful force in the world. (Picture 2)This is because learning an instrument, like the trumpet, can allow people to express themselves. If you know how to play an instrument, you could join the school band to show off your talents and make friends. (Counter-argument- Picture 3) Some people argue that listening to music is too distracting and keeps people off the beaten path. They think that assignments and work-related tasks should be done in silence to prevent any mistakes. (Picture 4)Yet overall, research shows that music has mostly positive effects on the human spirit. Music is proven to elevate mood and can boost the brain’s production of dopamine. This increased dopamine production helps relieve feelings of anxiety and depression, so you should listen to music while stuck in traffic. (Conclusion- Picture 5) In conclusion, music has powerful, positive effects and can really bring people together.
