about this story

Here I am, out on my morning walk in the city of New York, headed to work as usual. As I walk on the sidewalk, I look up to see the bright blue sky with clouds lurking behind a tower crane. This alone makes me feel so free and full of joy. I then see the park, there, I get a glimpse of the trees all covered in little bloomed white and pink flowers. The flowers all looked so vibrant and alive, so I decided to stop by and take a picture so I can remember how they looked. I reach one of the trees and take out my phone, I laughed and was pretty impressed by how good the picture looked, considering the fact that I'm no expert photographer. I look at the time on my phone and see that it is 9:00, I come to realize that I needed to be at work by this time so I immediately turn and head towards the entrance of the park. After looking both ways and crossing the street I run down the sidewalk only to out of nowhere, trip over the wheel of a chained bike covered by a large red cloth. This startled me but what grabbed my attention was that a funny sound came from the bike after tripping over its wheel. It didn't sound normal that's for sure. I smiled and chuckled, but with no time to think about the sound, I turn and continue to run. About 4 minutes later, I reach the building I work at. I enter the building and am surrounded by the wonderful smell of coffee. A smile appears upon my face and I look to my left to see three coffee machines by the window. I pour some coffee into a glass mug and head upstairs to my office. The taste of the coffee was delicious and awakening. I place the mug on my desk and walk towards the tall brown bookshelves at the corner of the room. After grabbing a book, I sit at my desk with a smile and a giggle after reflecting on how eventful my morning was. It was a morning to remember.
