He was in Leon, France, and surrounded by some of the most incredible cheeses in the world. Very unfortunately for him, he was allergic to cheese. How could something so delicious make his insides feel like a battered piece of furniture? In the end, he decided, the point of traveling is to experience culture, life, and to have great stories to write home about. He ate the cheese. So much of it, that he went to the hospital and was certain he would go to an early grave. He didn't regret eating the cheese, but he decided that for his next trip, maybe he should just take pictures of nice statues, and leave cheese shenanigans to other tourists.
