Dear Diary,
To start this day I had woken up to the early birds chirping and the dim light coming through the shutters. I decided to head downstairs, make some nice warm coffee and walk outside and enjoy the sunrise. I walked out with my hot coffee in my hands and felt the crisp cool morning air touch my skin. The sky filled with colors from the morning sun, what an amazing sight to see.
My day continued with a walk to the beach with my dog Bailey. The smell of the salty ocean filled the air, Bailey couldn't wait to go play in the water. As we walked through the forest to get to the ocean I came across this tree root that kinda looked like a frog. We made it to the beach. Bailey instantly jumped in and started playing with some driftwood that washed up on the beach. I took my snorkeling gear out of my bag and got in the water. I swam through the beautiful coral reefs and saw lots of interesting fish, I even saw a reef shark!
It started getting late so we headed back to our apartment. On the way home we hit some heavy traffic that was a pain. We came up behind this car that had an interesting license plate, it was a very unattractive van that had a SPORTY license plate. It was the funniest thing I had seen. So that was my day today.
