about this story
as I walked through the now dead forest of dreams I could some how remember every tree I planted. Its as if the inventory of my thoughts were now open for me to see. I remembered a lake where I had spent a summer of my youth fishing and playing. now it only represents the tears of my age. as I walk to the edge of the dock to look out across the lake I see one single tree. a tree I had planted and a tree that was still bright with life. i then sat down looking across the lake I couldn't stop looking at it because I new if I stoped looking at it, it may be gone forever.
