The first photo represents how the older folks in my family influenced my taste in music, movies, books and alot of different medias. They unknowingly affected how I perceived my life through what I learned.
The second photo refers to a significant point in my life wherein, I couldn't live with the guilt and self hatred from failing my classes. I felt I had disappointed my family and so at an early age, I learned how to explore different professions and employment. Bumping up my age in falsified resumes and forcing myself to live like an adult in my city's after-dark workforce. I had experiences a person as young as I was never should have had, my own fault of course.
The third one speaks on my love and passion for self expression through art. A significant amount of which, affected my life and perception of living.
The fourth illustrates the significance of friends and circles of people in my life. I've always been extroverted, in many ways than one. I can't live without them and I've accumulated a hefty chunk of them through the years due to how easy it is for me to socialize.
The fifth and final photo spoke to me personally. The melancholy of going through it all. Time casting shadows upon the city I grew up in. The lights slowly illuminating the streets as the cold and indifferent night breeze embraces the setting sun. An image I know, all too well.
