It's wise to be skeptical about anything, to double think, to doubt about the things you see and hear. Because Descartes said to that it is necessary to doubt once in your life to be a real seeker of truth. He was influinced by the yse of sceptism as a strategy during the time when many old assumptions and understandings were being challenged.
