about this story

John Locke FRS was an English philosopher and physician, widely regarded as on of the most influential of Enlightment thinkers and commonly known as the "Father of Liberalism". He was born on 29 August, 1632 in Wrington, United Kingdom.
The John Locke foundation is a conseevative think tank based in North Carolina. The organization was founded in 1990 to work "for truth, for freedom, and for the future of the North Carolina. "It is named after the philosopher John Locke, who was a primary contributor to classical liberalism.
In Locke's philosophy, tabula rasa was the theory that at birth the (human) mind is a "blank slate" without rules of processing data, that data is added and rules for processing are formed sorely by one's sensory experiences. He founded the modern theory of Liberalism and made a exceptional contribution to modern philosophical empiricism. Locke believed that the most basic human law of nature is the preservation of mankind.
