We awoke early one morning and proceeded to the car to begin our journey to a destination, intending to have fun and enjoy ourselves because my father had recently returned home after a long absence due to his job as an OFW. We drove on the highways until we came to an unpaved route through the woods, where we got out of the car with our belongings and began walking. We started hiking up the mountain with our trusty canine buddy, Bogie. We could feel the cold breeze blowing as we hiked, and when we finally reached at the location where we set down our blanket and had our picnic, we began our family bonding.
